HOW DO I GET MY PR NUMBER?

The PR# is calculated considering two variables: your Event Results and your Connected Device. The more recent records, the higher is your PR# relevance. That means, if you are inactive for a couple days, expect your rating to drop. The more data you share (e.g. official results*, training sessions) the more accurate is your PR# (% level of accuracy). Plus, newer data will have more impact than older results. Read more about PR

  • CONNECT DEVICE: Connect your Device (GPS) to your PR Track profile. Stay Active!
  • RACE: Every-time you participate in official races and/or improve your results, you will see some changes at your PR#
  • CLAIM OR ADD RESULTS: Your official results (claimed or manually entered) will be reviewed and added to your profile. Every result counts to your PR#
  • KEEP MOVING: Be consistent, go longer, go faster

  • LOG IN to your account
  • On your Dashboard, select STATS - if you have not connected to STAVA yet, please click Connect with STRAVA
  • Once you select an option, you will be redirected to its webpage to login to your account. You must have a STRAVA account connected to your devices in order to pull the records into PRtrack

  • On the SEARCH BAR select RESULTS and enter your name
  • Once you find the result you were looking for, click the CLAIM link at the right of the result listing
  • A pop up will appear asking you if this is truly your result. Make sure the result that appears is yours You should see a confirmation message and the result will be posted to your profile

  • LOG IN to your account
  • Click your profile picture at the top right, and select PROFILE from the menu
  • You will be able to update your information, profile photo and more

  • LOG IN to your account
  • Click your profile picture at the top right, and select ACCOUNT & PRIVACY from the menu
  • Select CHANGE PASSWORD link and follow the instructions on screen

  • LOG IN to your account
  • Click your profile picture at the top right, and select ACCOUNT & PRIVACY from the menu
  • Read the information about account deletion and click the button REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION
  • You will see a pop up confirming your intention to delete the account
